Your Success Depends On A Dedicated Team Work!
In a well written history or stories of the most successful people on the earth, there has never been anyone who made it ALONE!
Therefore success requires a process which involves working with a person or a group of people as a team, who must be dedicated and focused at attaining a specific or same goals.
But, notwithstanding, when a person or a group of people decided not to be part of the procesess towards achieving a goal, either on business, career or relationship, whether you are helping them or they were helping you, "Let Them Go". That does not mean you have failed.
It only means they will not to be part of the success stories!
In as much as you need a team, they must also have the same vision as you do.
